Our Project

The Bioeder Technology project arose as a result of a deep knowledge of the dairy industry as well as the work of a team with the highest qualification.

The initial idea was developed after detecting a growing need on part of manufacturers of infant formula in looking for companies with which to collaborate in the development of certain ingredients based on combined concentrations of bioactive whey proteins.

Additionally, Bioeder Technology works on the development of other ingredients based on other milk proteins, as well as on the use of the rest of milk components.

The Bioeder Technology project holds on three fundamental aspects:

• Use of latest generation technologies.
• Proximity to the clients through continuous collaboration and flexibility to adapt their needs.
• Disruptive change in the raw material management system.
